Code of Conduct

Southpaw Muay Thai Club is not a gym — it’s a community that connects people through the art of eight limbs.

Our community is built on respect, support, and inclusivity. Club members are expected to uphold a positive and welcoming environment, both in training and beyond—whether in class, online, or at club events. Harassment and intimidation have no place here. Please leave your ego at the door.

Members are expected to help others who may not have as much experience. If you see another member lost or struggling, please speak up or even better, help them! We’re here to help each other grow.

Muay Thai is a combat sport. However, members are fully expected to practice Muay Thai safely without intentionally harming others.

We are guests in a shared space—please respect Forj, its members, and their class times. Shoes are not allowed on the mats! Keep the gym clean and leave no trash behind as we appreciate their generosity in sharing this space with us.

Punctuality matters. Arrive 5-10 minutes early to wrap your hands and be ready to start on time. Muay Thai relies on partner work, and showing up late disrupts those who are prepared and ready to train!
